The hero of today's post is one of people behind the scene, Alexander Shchurok, the director of photography for the latest Prior Production series (Golden Blood).

He is an experienced man, he has shot dozens of series, and he can quickly find solutions in non-standard situations. But what if the weather is not what is needed for today's filming? - Alexander explains: "We joke that we always communicate directly with the Cinema God. He helps us. Once we were supposed to shoot on location in the morning, and it started raining. We quickly moved to the interior, and then the rain stopped, and we managed to shoot everything on location before dark. The Cinema God helped."
