Continuation of the popular mini-series "All for the Best". Anna and Nikolay still love each other, their children (Anya's son Kostya and Kolya's daughter Nadya) have already graduated from school, new prospects have opened up for them. But if everything is fine on the outside, the family is falling apart on the inside. Nikolay has problems with his job, and he is afraid to tell his wife about it. Anna feels old and unwanted. Kostya is tired of his mother's care and wants to live independently, and Nadya is offended by her father, who seems indifferent to her successes. Unexpectedly, it turns out that Anna is expecting a child, and Nikolai, frightened by the doctors' prognosis, asks her to terminate the pregnancy. At work, Nikolai is besieged by the luxurious businesswoman Irina, with whom his best friend has fallen in love, and the most talented boxer in his club sighs for Nadya and is jealous of her towards Kostya. Soon the boxer is found seriously wounded, and Kostya is accused of attacking him...
